A green break in the heart of Paris
The Hotel Passy Eiffel enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of one of the most elegant districts of the capital. You can enjoy typically Parisian streets and a convenient proximity to several Parisian parks. We’re looking forward to these superb green spaces reopening!
The Champ-de-Mars
Inaugurated in 1780, the Parc du Champ-de-Mars extends from the École Militaire to the famous Eiffel Tower. A magnificent venue for various major national events, this immaculate park is accessible free of charge and gives you a spectacular view of the Iron Lady. Parisians and tourists alike love to gather on its well-kept lawns to enjoy a picnic or admire the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower after dark. A monument you should not miss is the Wall of Peace. Located in front of the École Militaire, it was built in March 2000.
The Jardin d’Acclimatation
Located between the Porte de Neuilly and the Porte des Sablons, on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne, the 18-hectare Jardin d'Acclimatation amusement park welcomes you all year round. Established during the Second Empire, the park had its historical heritage restored and its facilities modernised in 2018. Families can now enjoy some 40 attractions, including rides and games, and a wide choice of places to eat.
The Bois de Boulogne
One of the green lungs of the capital and a former hunting preserve of the kings of France, the Bois de Boulogne is one of the most popular places of relaxation for Parisians. This huge public park offers many pedestrian paths, 15 kilometres of cycling routes, lakes, ponds, streams and gardens. The many excellent facilities delight young and old alike. The park offers boat and bicycle rentals, children’s playgrounds, restaurants and several picnic areas!
All these parks are free to enter and open all year round!
